At OwnersID, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original packaging
Since our products are personalized and security-based (QR-enabled items), we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Products that have been used, activated, or tampered with
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Activated QR code products
- Personalized or customized items
- Digital services or subscriptions
- Items without original packaging
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5β7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of refunds, we may offer a replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
Replacements are processed within 5β7 business days after approval.
5. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at help@ownersid.com
- Include:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photos/videos as proof
Our team will review and respond within 24β48 hours
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we bear the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
